a healthy journey



One of the things for dinner tonight was a salmon and avocado salad, really easy and so tasty! This is what I did..

Buy high quality wild cold smoked salmon, try to find a pice that is really pink and without to much fat. You will also need a avocado – ripe but firm, lemon, radish, basil (or cilantro), garlic, olive oil salt and pepper.

Cube the salmon and avocado in pieces 1×1 cm, squeeze half a lemon over the avocado so it is not going brown. Slice the garlic very fine and make a dressing together with the olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper. Cut thin pieces of the radishes and mix with the salmon and avocado, pour over the dressing and garnish with basil leaves.
